| Description: Diamond Dallas is a friendly and loving boy. He loves to be petted and will knead anything he can find. He is not a big fan of being picked up, but he will sit in your lap. Diamond Dallas would like a home with another cat as he does better with other cats. He is very healthy and should thrive in a quiet, indoor only home. This kitty has an illness known as Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. This illness cannot be spread to humans, and has an extremely low transmission rate to other cat, among altered cats with FIV. It is typically spread among un-neutered young males biting other un-neutered males during mating season. Despite having FIV, this kitty is expected to live a full happy life. FIV cats are suceptible to mouth sores and other relatively minor medical issues. Because of this, all FIV cats adopted from Purrfect Pals are eligible for free, lifetime medical care for medical issues relating to FIV at the Purrfect Pals Cat Hospital in Smokey Point. The reduced adoption fee for FIV cats from Purrfect Pals is $35. All FIV kitties need to be in an indoor-only home.
